This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Table Zone ("Licensor") for the use of the Table Zone mobile application ("App") available on iOS. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

Table Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes in connection with your Table Zone account. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Use the App to build a competing product or service
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Table Zone, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Table Zone (not Apple) is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

Certain features of the App require an active paid subscription. All subscriptions are managed exclusively through our website at www.tablezone.net. No purchases are made through the App itself.

The App and all content, features, and functionality within it — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Table Zone or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. The App may collect certain information such as your name, email address, and usage data to provide and improve the Service.

Table Zone may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Table Zone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Table Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of it from your devices. Table Zone may also terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing the App or your account.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
